Welcome to my website! My name is Dilip Adhikari, and I'm an experienced IT professional with a passion for automation, and more. As an individual, I've worked on several exciting projects over the years, helping organizations achieve their IT goals and overcome their toughest challenges.

My journey in IT began with a project for vehicle management system, where I honed my testing skills. I then moved on to being a Quality Assurance for payment gateway services, where we launched an application where we could pay cash too with the additional feature of eCommerce, event tickets, scan and pay, loyalty points, utility payments and more.

After that, I got the opportunity to work with B.O.K. Capital Market Limited one of the renowned organization at that time, where I played a pivotal role in migrating all servers into one, creating IT policy, and implementing the policy. I also got the chance to know about Depository Participant, one of the retail businesses, and launched online demat which help the customer to know their Demat Status and the organization decentralized account opening. I helped the organization collect all uncollected AMCs with collaboration and constant communication with the bank.

From there, I got the opportunity to work with Nabil Investment, one of the leading Investment Banking in Nepal, where I had the opportunity to work on several exciting projects. With my experience in decentralization I decentralized the demat system which made a huge help the organization grow its service by about 150%, created IT policy for the organization, developed a business continuity plan for the organization, and helped enable work from home for the employees during COVID 19.

During my time at Nabil Investment, I identified several repetitive tasks that employees had to do, and I automated those tasks, saving three employees’ unproductive time, and the total of 45 hours was saved. Additionally, I converted the process of requesting stationary items from paper-based to an online form.

Currently, I am working in the process of VAPT for all Merchant Banker via Merchant Banking Association.

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed several training courses, including a three-month training course on CEH v.11,
